| Our goal is to make a return or exchange Hassle Free. We understand that some items just might not work and we value our relationship with you. We expect your purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date for a complete refund (less shipping & handling charges). Simply email customerservice@noblivity.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. For orders that qualified for free shipping our actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your return refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns made after 30 days of the date of purchase will be issued a store credit in the amount listed on your receipt or packing slip. Returns made without a receipt or packing slip will be issued a store credit based on the current price(s) of the merchandise. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable gift certificate. For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or USPS insured with return receipt requested. Merchandise may be returned using the packing slip included with your shipment and sent to: Noblivity Inc. Attn: Returns Dept. RMA#_______ P.O. Box 9382 Naperville, IL 60567 Returns must be in pristine saleable condition, accompanied by the RMA number, packing slip in their original packaging indicating the reason for the return. We do not accept returns on items that do not have a RMA number, have been worn, perfumed, tags removed, altered, washed, dry cleaned, or damaged. No returns for swimwear, or undergarments due to hygiene factors. We do not accept C.O.D.s. Lingerie & Swimwear We cannot accept returns on lingerie and swimwear due to hygienic concerns. Clearance Items A clearance item is sold at a 30% or greater discount. Clearance returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of delivery. We will issue store credit for clearance items postmarked outside of 3 days. Damaged/Defective Goods We are committed to selling quality merchandise. We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within two (2) business days of receiving the order at customerservice@noblivity.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Holiday Extended Return Policy For gifts purchased after November 28, 2008 we are extending our return policy to allow for returns and exchanges until Sunday, January 4th, 2009. Gift Cards: Gift Card(s) are nonrefundable. Gift Cards do not expire. |
