Yes, must be within 3 days of the price change. Please have your invoice number ready and contact customerservice@noblivity.com to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. All requests made after the 3 day price change do not qualify. |

When will my order be processed? |

We process orders placed before 12 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the next business day. |

Will I get an order confirmation? |

Yes, for every order you submit, you will receive an order confirmation email. We recommend that you print and save it for your reference. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to insure that you receive your order confirmation. You will need your order number for reference when you check your order status. |

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted? |

Yes, you can cancel an order anytime during the checkout by clicking "Cancel". Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we may not be able to allow changes to your order once submitted. Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled. |

Noblivity will match any online competitor's regular-priced merchandise, non-clearance, within 30 days of your purchase*. Regular price refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Refunds will be granted at management's discretion. If you have found your item at a lower price, please email customerservice@noblivity.com. Our Price Match Pledge is our way of showing you, our customer, that we sincerely appreciate you and your business!
*We will match clearance prices at our discretion only. A clearance price is considered 40% or more off the original price. We will match non-clearance coupons only if they are both offered by the same competitor and presented at the same time at management discretion. We do not price match stores that can't be verified by our support team. We do not price match discount stores where most of their merchandise is discounted. We do not price match coupons with a restricted number of uses. |

Our products are unique, many times One-of-a-Kind and often exclusive. Our buyers travel the world to bring you the hottest, stylish and most exciting designs. Our customers appreciate the uniqueness of our product selection so most items are not restocked. In order to keep our inventory fresh with original designs, we are constantly looking for that one of a kind item. We will work with you so that if we get your item of interest again you will be sent an email. |

Do I have to pay with credit card? Can I pay by personal check or money order? |

My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card. What happened? |

You have not been charged. The "charges" that are appearing on your card are pre-authorized holds. They are not charges, however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. Your card may have declined for one of the following reasons: The billing address entered does not exactly match the billing address that your card company has on file, there are insufficient funds to cover the transaction or another reason from your card company. |

When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order. |

We understand that some items just might not work and we value our relationship with you. We expect your purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase for a complete refund (less shipping & handling charges). For orders that qualified for free shipping our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

What is your FREE Shipping Policy? |

FREE SHIPPING
Noblivity offers FREE shipping by USPS Priority Mail on U.S. orders. Purchases are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. Orders placed on Friday ship out on Monday, our next business day. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Yes, Noblivity offers international shipping by UPS and USPS to a number of international countries. Please allow 3-9 business days. All international orders are delivered via express service and are fully trackable. Please see our shipping and handling policy for a complete list of international destinations.

I have received my order, but one item is missing. |

Each shipment from our warehouse has a shipping/packing invoice. We notify you immediately by email if an item is out of stock and will not be shipped at this time. If you did not receive the out of stock notification and the shipment is missing an item, please contact customerservice@noblivity.com. We will need to investigate, place a tracker on the package and check for delivery problems on our end. We will need the original shipping box for the investigation, please do not throw it away. |

What if an item is unavailable or backordered? |

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable in the size and/or color you want. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered and you will be given options. Any charges will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. You will be given the option to wait for the item, select a different item or expect the cancellation of the item ordered. |

Are there additional shipping charges for international destinations? |
