Aki Kano

With over ten years of professional experience, Aki launched her namesake brand after fine-tuning her skills at iconic fashion companies including Isaac Mizrahi, Cynthia Rowley, Donna Karan Collection, Michael Kors, W Magazine, Marie Claire, Glamour and Celine PR. Aki has also held design posts at Ralph Lauren Purple Label and DKNY. Aki earned a degree in fine arts at the University of Michigan, as well as a degree in fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. An avid oil painter, Aki’s designs strike a balance between trendy and classic, artful yet functional.
