We travel all over the globe looking for emerging designers with fresh perspectives in fashion. We found emerging designer Nancy Dong and her Italian eco-shoe line Kailia Footwear. Nancy has worked with top fashion designers and decided to launch her own shoe line. She believes beauty, function and ecology can be merged to create fabulous shoes with an eco-bonus.
Her shoes are manufactured in Italy, embroidered in India with recycled scraps, chrome free leather, water based glues, pre-consumer foot boards and breathable linings made from bamboo and organic fabrics. Nancy’s gorgeous embroidered pumps and comfy flats are elegant and oh so feminine biodegradable and free from petrochemicals.
The Bella is meticulously hand-embroidered with a 3.5 inch heel. Available in black, our favorite, lipstick red and gray satin for $265.00.
